Our application deadline for the first round of admissions placements for the 2019-20 school year is February 1, 2019. All completed applications received by this date will receive full consideration in the first round of admissions decisions. Applications received after February 1 are still welcomed, and are considered on a space available rolling basis.
Preference for admission to PASA is given to siblings of existing and prior students, faculty children, parishioners of St. Anne's Parish, as well as previously waitlisted applicants. Preference does not guarantee admission, nor does it guarantee placement into your first choice program. Programs which have more demand than space will utilize a lottery to award spaces.

PASA Admissions Policies & Procedures
PASA welcomes any child regardless of race, religion, gender, ancestry, or national origin. We believe in providing equal care and attention to all children.
Children with special needs are considered for admission or readmission when the Director and/or appropriate licensing agencies determine the school and its facilities can meet the needs of the child without compromising either the care of that child or the care of other students.
Admissions materials for the following year will be available in December of the current school year. These materials will be distributed to all PASA families and available to the public at Admissions Mornings, tours, and the website.
Application fees are non-refundable regardless of whether or not your child is admitted to the preschool.
All application fees must be paid with a check. PASA does not accept cash application fee payments.
Any application submitted without the required application fee will not be considered in the first round of class placements.
In the first round of class placements, students will be placed into classes according to the following sequence of criteria: 1. Returning students (application due by January 15, 2019) 2. Siblings of returning students (application due January 15, 2019) 3. Returning families (families at PASA whose children's attendance does not overlap.) Preference will be given to those families having a child who graduated from the fours program. 4. Parishioners of St. Anne's Parish. Parishioner status will be determined by the Rector of St. Anne's church upon her review of a separate parishioner applicant form. 5. Children who applied for the 2018-2019 school year but did not receive admission and who submit a new application for the 2019-2020 school year. 6. All other families
The Director reserves the right to manage the process in such a manner as to ensure classes are balanced and diversely populated.
In the event that there are spaces available in a given class once applicants meeting criteria 1-5 have been placed, a lottery methodology will be used to fill any remaining spaces and to place families on a waiting list if necessary. The Director reserves the right to manage the lottery process in such a manner as to ensure classes are balanced and diversely populated.
Children on the waiting list will be placed in classes, when spaces become available, based on the order in which they appear on the list. The Director reserves the right to manage the waitlist process in such a manner as to ensure classes are balanced and diversely populated.
If necessary, the same lottery methodology will apply to families meeting criteria 1-3 if the number of applicants from this group exceeds available spaces in a given class.
Requests for tuition deposits will then be sent to those families receiving spots and will be due by the date and time stated on your letter of admission. Deposits not received by this date will relinquish your child's space for a child on the waitlist.
All tuition deposits are non-refundable.
All students with an outstanding balance from the previous year or the current year (as of February 1, 2019) will be ineligible to submit an application to attend PASA for the next year. If the account has an outstanding balance at the end of the school year, the child will be ineligible to attend PASA until the account balance is paid.
