PASA Admissions

We appreciate your interest in PASA! We look forward to meeting your family and are here to help if you have any questions about our application process.

PASA Admissions Policy

Please read the Admissions Policy below before submitting your application. By submitting your application, you are agreeing to the policies outlined below.

PASA welcomes any child regardless of race, religion, gender, ancestry, or national origin. We believe in providing equal care and attention to all children.

Children with special needs are considered for admission or readmission when the Director and/or appropriate licensing agencies determine the school and its facilities can meet the needs of the child without compromising either the care of that child or the care of other students.

Step 1 in the Application Process

To apply to PASA, please complete the Application Request form here. This step will add your child to our Brightwheel system, where you will receive the application and all other admissions communication. This step must be completed for all new applicants, even if you already have a sibling enrolled at PASA. Please check your email and spam folders, as you will receive an invitation to join Brightwheel upon completion.

NOTE: If the above step is not completed, you will NOT receive the application for your admissions round.

Step 2 in the Application Process

All completed applications received by the admissions round end date will be fully considered in that round of admissions

decisions. Applications received after February 20, 2024, are still welcome and are considered on a space-available rolling basis.

Preference for admission to PASA is given in the following order. Enrollment periods are as noted below.

  • First Round - January 16-30, 2024: (Applications will be emailed through Brightwheel at 11:00 AM on January 16, 2024). These applications will be accepted on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.

    • All current students and incoming siblings.

  • Second Round - January 30 - February 6, 2024: (Applications will be emailed through Brightwheel at 11:00 AM on January 30, 2024). These applications will be accepted on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.

    • Returning families not currently enrolled.

    • St. Anne’s parishioners (verification required by January 20, 2024). Click here for the Supplemental Parishioner Verification Form.

    • Waitlisted families from the 2023-2024 school year.

  • Third Round - February 6-20, 2024: (Applications will be emailed through Brightwheel at 11:00 AM on February 6, 2024).

    • All new families (Open Enrollment).

Please be mindful that the last date in the enrollment period runs into the next round of admissions. Preference does not guarantee admission, nor does it guarantee placement into your first-choice program. Programs with more demand than space will utilize a lottery to award spaces.

Step 3 in the Application Process

  • Letter of Admission and Contract will be sent via Brightwheel.

  • Application fees and deposits will then be billed through Brightwheel and are due within five days of receipt of the contract.

  • The returning family application fee is $45.00. The new family application fee is $85.00

  • Deposits not received by this date will relinquish your spot for another child.
