PASA Admissions
We are thrilled that you are considering our school family for your child’s first steps into learning. At PASA, your child will discover the joy of learning, the beauty of creativity, and the values of faith and community. We look forward to meeting your family and are here to help every step of the way. Please contact us if you have any questions about our application process.
PASA welcomes any child regardless of race, religion, gender, ancestry, or national origin. We believe in providing equal care and attention to all children.
Children with special needs are considered for admission or readmission when the Director and/or appropriate licensing agencies determine the school and its facilities can meet the needs of the child without compromising either the care of that child or the care of other students.
Students must be the age of the class they are applying for on or before September 1st of that year (for example, a child must be 2 years on or before September 1st to apply for the 2-year-old classes).
Step 1 in the Admission Process
To apply to PASA, please complete the Application Request form here.
This first step must be completed for all new applicants, even if you already have a sibling enrolled at PASA.
Completing this first step will add your child to Brightwheel. Brightwheel is the software our school uses to manage applications, admissions, and all school communications.
NOTE: If the above step is not completed, you will NOT receive the application during your round of admissions.
Step 2 in the Admission Process
All completed applications received within an admissions round will be fully considered in that round of decisions. All spots will be filled through a lottery-based system. Preference does not guarantee admission or placement into your first choice program.
Applications received after the open enrollment windows are still welcome and considered on a space-available, rolling basis.
Re-enrollment - Late -January 2027: Acceptances and class preferences are filled through a lottery-based system.
Re-enrollment is for:
All current students.
Enrollment - Early February 2027: Acceptances and class preferences are fulfilled through a lottery-based system and considered in the following order:
Siblings of currently enrolled families.
Returning families not currently enrolled.
St. Anne’s parishioners who have completed the Supplemental Parishioner Verification Form.
All new families.
Application Delivery: Applications will be sent out via the Brightwheel application. Please ensure your push notifications are turned on.
Waitlist: Once capacity is reached, students will be automatically placed on our waitlist.
Step 3 in the Admission Process
Both application forms and final contracts will be sent via Brightwheel.
Application fees will be direct billed through Brightwheel and must be paid upon submission of the application.
The current and returning family application fee is $55.00. The new family application fee is $100.00.
Accepted students will receive 2027-2028 year contracts. Deposits (one month tuition which will be applied to September 2027) must be paid by deadline to secure your student’s spot.
Deposit fees will be direct billed through Brightwheel.
Deposits not received within this time frame will result in forfeiture of your spot, and another child from the waitlist will be granted admission.
FAQ for the Admission Process
Application fees are non-refundable, regardless of your child's admission status.
All application fees will be invoiced through Brightwheel at the time of application submission. PASA does not accept cash for application fees.
Any application submitted without the required application fee will not be considered for class placements.
Children on the waiting list will be placed in classes as spaces become available, in the order they appear on the list. The Director reserves the right to manage the waitlist process to ensure classes are balanced and diverse.
All tuition deposits are non-refundable.
All students with an outstanding balance from the previous or current year will be ineligible to apply to PASA for the next year.
If your account has an outstanding balance at the end of the school year, the child will be ineligible to attend PASA until the account balance is paid.
